New Applications

When submitting a new application the following forms may be required. The forms will need to be completed in full.

1. Contract of Engagement
2. Form 1 & Form 2 IDAS Application Forms
3. Form 1 & 2 Plumbing & Drainage - When applicable
4. Energy Supplementary Information Form - applicable if GMA is to conduct the Energy Efficiency Assessment

These forms are avaiable for viewing and download in the Online Forms Section

Additional Information

If any additonal documentation is required, this can be emailed in to the applications email address. All Plumbing approvals, relaxation approvals, etc received by the client from the council can also be forwarded to the applications email.
